Individual Coaching - Design Your Own Life, an Eight Step Process

Step One:  Clarify what you want, your goals, and your desires.  Identify your unique strengths.

Step TwoConsider and prioritize your values.  Learn how they determine your actions and use them to make decisions.

Step Three: Get curious about the obstacles you have to reaching your goals:  limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, unsupportive relationships and/or an unsupportive environment.  Devise a plan and put it into action.

Step FourCreate a life vision.  Discover new perspectives and identify possibilities. 

Step Five:  Design and commit to actions that move you towards attaining your goals and dreams.

Step Six:  Cultivate new skills for living a life of possibility.

  •         Strengthening intuition

Step Seven:  Continue to customize action plans based upon what is working.  Let go of what isn't working..

Group Coaching:
Join a Life Coaching Group and develop a clear, compelling knowledge of your gifts, passions and values. The group becomes your champion for living a life of deep connection with your soul.
