Coaching - Design Your Own Life, an Eight Step Process Step One: Clarify what you want, your goals, and your desires. Identify your unique strengths. Step Two: Consider and prioritize your values. Learn how they determine your actions and use them to make decisions. Step Three: Get curious about the obstacles you have to reaching your goals: limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, unsupportive relationships and/or an unsupportive environment. Devise a plan and put it into action. Step Four: Create a life vision. Discover new perspectives and identify possibilities. Step Five: Design and commit to actions that move you towards attaining your goals and dreams. Step Six: Cultivate new skills for living a life of possibility.
Step Seven: Continue to customize action plans based upon what is working. Let go of what isn't working.. Step Eight: Celebrate your success and choose your next step.
